Heating Instructions: Heat in microwave in 30-second intervals to desired heat. Recommended 90 seconds. WARNING: Use caution- can get very hot!
Cooling Instructions: Put in the freezer for at least 2 hours
Care Instructions: Remove the outer cover to wash in cold water and air dry. Do not wash the insert.
